Appointments are required for bridal shoppers to secure a dressing room and ensure we can provide the attention brides deserve. If we have the maximum number of people allowed in the store, you may need to wait outside in your vehicle or make an appointment to return to Emmy’s at another time to allow us to follow current Ohio regulations. Walk-in shoppers will be accommodated to the best of our ability, but one-on-one service may not be available at all times.  Appointment requests will be confirmed on the next business day.

TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN THE FUTURE: Please call 419-628-7555 to schedule an appointment. While our email is monitored multiple times daily, your request for a same day appointment may go unread if our stylists are providing customer service to other shoppers. Similarly, an appointment request submitted after closing for early the next day will not give our staff enough time to confirm the appointment or suggest an alternate time if necessary.

• Weekday appointments for bridal/bridesmaid shoppers will be accepted until 1 ½ hour before closing on the chosen day to allow adequate shopping time.
• Store Hours are:  Mon 10-5, Tues 10-5, Weds 11-7, Thurs 11-7, Fri 10-5 and Sat 9-3, Closed Sundays.
• SPECIAL SATURDAY HOURS NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 9:00-1:00
• Saturday bridal/bridesmaid appointments are accepted at 9:00, 10:30, 12:00 and 1:30.

Our Emmy’s Exclusive Appointment is a paid, private shopping experience designed to give each bride a unique and memorable experience when searching for the most important dress of her life. Who can make an appointment? Anyone who wants to become an Emmy’s Bride! (Not available for Bridesmaids or Mother’s Appointments)

When are you offering appointments? Book your Emmy’s Exclusive Appointment on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 11pm, 1pm, 3pm, or 5pm. (5pm is only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.) Same Days appointments are not being accepted. Please call to make your Emmy’s Exclusive Appointment more than 48 hours in advance.

Why should I book this kind of appointment? Our Emmy’s Exclusive Appointments are designed and curated especially to the wants and needs of each individual bride. Our pre-appointment interviews will allow us to gather all of the necessary information to make the shopping experience personalized to the bride before she even enters the store. From the style of gowns she’s looking for to the color of Bridesmaid’s Dresses to the Groomsmen’s Tuxes, our goal is to bring the bride’s wedding vision to life during her time with us. These private appointments will allow all of the focus and attention to be on the bride and prevent unwanted interruptions.

When we receive your request, we’ll  confirm your details and take payment for the $109 deposit. We will also conduct an interview with you to discuss your wedding details so we can prepare your bridal closet and stage a look for you with the colors you’re thinking of.
