What bridesmaids are wearing this fall and winter!

Bride’s maids styles reflect the bride in many ways. Covered shoulders, sleeves or straps are sought after right now. Long, flowing chiffon dresses are the choice of many local bridal parties. Other options gaining in popularity are sequined dresses, velvet and satin gowns. “Boho” styles with wide ruffled hems and shirred bodices are regaining popularity with a nod to our mom’s weddings.

This year’s hottest bridal party colors seem to be nature inspired including rust, terra cotta, mustard, slate blue and a variety of greens and shades of rose. Many bridal parties continue to embrace the idea of wearing different dresses in the same color or a variety of complementary colors, letting each bridesmaid show off her own unique sense of style and spend the day in something she’s comfortable in.
