When will Emmy’s Bridal re-open? May 12
I had a dress pinned for alterations before you closed, when will it be ready? Our talented alteration specialists are working from home to complete alterations pinned before the shutdown. They will be pressed and ready when we open. All alterations pinned prior to closing are complete.
Can my last couple of bridesmaids make their deposits so my whole order can be placed? Yes! We have been answering emails to firstname.lastname@example.org and facebook messages daily during the week. Please message us and we’ll call you to make the arrangements to get your dresses ordered. This option remains for those who would rather not come to the sore after we reopen.
Can I schedule an alteration appointment? phone lines will be open 10-12 on May 11 and regular store hours beginning May 12.
My Wedding in in summer/early fall and I still need a wedding gown. Can I make a private shopping appointment? Yes, after May 12. Appointments are required and will be conducted in the safest manner possible. We maintain a beautiful selection of gowns that will be available for immediate purchase when we re-open. It will be our priority to make sure any bride who wants our help in “saying yes to her dress” will get it when we open our doors again.
Can I get a refund for my_______? Unfortunately, no. As stated clearly in our front desk signage and in our sales contracts that all customers sign: All sales are final, No refunds or exchanges, and Emmy’s Bridal cannot accept responsibility for cancelled events. We, like you, remain hopeful that weddings and proms during this unprecedented time will either happen as planned in May or be rescheduled rather than cancelled. We will work hard to ensure our customers have their dresses when these events eventually take place.
Can I come back later for alterations if I pick up my dress? Yes! If you feel better having your dress with you at your home, we want you to have it. We will allow dresses released to customer while we are closed to come back for alterations later, closer to original or rescheduled wedding dates. PLEASE CALL 419-628-7555 to schedule your alteration appointment as needed. Keep in mind, you are responsible for the safe keeping of your garment. Emmy’s cannot be responsible for any damage done while the dress is out of the store.
