Emmy's Bridal is CLOSING TEMPORARILY beginning March 21 at 3pm for an undetermined amount of time. We will update our website with a re-opening date when we are able to do so.
We will update our customers via email, emmysbridal.com, social media and our phone message when a safe re-opening date is set. We will answer facebook messages and emails to firstname.lastname@example.org as we are able. Please also direct questions to our email and facebook, they will be checked daily during the week.
Our top priority is always YOU! Due to the recent COVID-19 event, we would like to discuss a few things in hopes to relieve some worry and to put your mind at ease.
We have talked with our designers about this current situation and what steps they are going forward with. They have all confirmed that our orders are safe and are in production. We will have very little delays, and we are monitoring your orders daily. We will contact you if there are any changes.
To all of our future brides and prom girls, do not worry, we are still able to find you the perfect dress from our vast in-stock inventory! We can still order from in-stock items at the manufacturer, or you can purchase off the rack if your event is quickly approaching.
This is an emotional business, and every customer is important to us. We are committed to working extended hours if necessary when we re-open to ensure you have what you need for your big day. Thank you for your patience and understanding,

Merchandise Pick-up Option
We have been experiencing requests from customers to pick up their dresses of all types presently in storage here at Emmy’s Bridal. With the current uncertainties we all face right now, some people have expressed their desire to pick up their gowns to have at home with them in the event of an unavoidable temporary store closure. We are happy to have you get your gowns now and return in the future for alterations when normal store operations resume. THE IS NO REQUIREMENT for anyone to pick up anything. Emmy’s will gladly continue to hold all merchandise in storage for future dates.
